Delivery times, shipping costs, returns, and warranty for Woodmobiel orders.

Delivery Times

Woodmobiel processes orders within 30 days of receipt. If an order is not (fully) deliverable, you will be notified within 1 month and can cancel free of charge. Delivery takes place via DPD or a comparable carrier. You will receive a tracking code upon shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is standard free. Different rates apply for international deliveries; please contact us for this.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. The return costs are for the buyer's account. After receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 30 days.

Damage or Complaints

Check the packaging and contents upon receipt. Any damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported in writing within 2 months of delivery via info@woodmobiel.com.

Warranty

All Woodmobiel products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty period for material and manufacturing defects. The warranty is void in case of improper use, self-repairs, or damage due to external causes.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court within the district of Breda. See also our complete General Terms and Conditions.
